City of Birmingham Show

Sheila Partridge could not make Italy this year due to family commitments, so her husband Richard took her dog as well as his own together with two other UK competitors to Voghera, Italy. When Peter van Dongen noticed there was something wrong with his JRT X Sky, he put together his knowledge and experience as a vet to treat her. This is the story how she recovered from a seriously debilitating developmental joint problem and a spinal problem to become a successful agility dog.

Obituary
Rupert, Sally Parker's first agility dog, lived life to the full and loved agility. In memory of a special boy, Joanne Apostolou's Draks was unique - the only grey Malinois on the circuit (probably). Good bye to black Lab Todd who introduced Mel and Gary Doyle to Agility and got them to  Mandy Dumont has lost her big, hairy, mad once in a lifetime dog, Tiff.

Crufts 2009 Car Stickers
They're here! If you have qualified for Crufts 2009 in any discipline - agility, flyball, obedience or breed you can get a car sticker by sending a SAE to Agilitynet, 38 Northolme Road, London N5 2UU.They're free but if you want to make a small contribution to the Kennel Club Charitable Trust it would be appreciated. BTW the stickers are 51/2 x 5 1/2 so need a good sized envelope.

In Memory
Former Chair of the KC Agility Liaison Council Alun Robinson has died. He was instrumental in getting Champ status for agility dogs. With a tribute from Trevor and Cathy Candy.
